School life in Dubai

Dubai has the largest cluster of CBSE schools outside India, and many of them are big: a class of 40 is common, and teachers can't stop for every child. Most Indian schools here run from early morning to early afternoon, so children are home by 2 or 3 pm with the whole afternoon ahead. Families in Dubai also move between CBSE, ICSE and British-curriculum schools more often than anywhere else in the Gulf, and tuition helps children bridge the gaps when they switch.

What Dubai parents ask us for most: Class 9 and 10 maths, where the jump in difficulty catches children out; Hindi for children from Malayali, Tamil and Telugu homes; and Vedic Maths for children who sit school Olympiads.

Class times from Dubai

Dubai is 1.5 hours behind India. 4 pm in Dubai is 5:30 pm in India and 6 pm is 7:30 pm, so after-school classes on weekdays fall in our teachers' evening. The weekend is Saturday and Sunday; Saturday mornings are a popular class time, and Sunday stays free.

How tuition classes work from the UAE

  1. Step 1

    Message us from UAE

WhatsApp is free from the UAE. We reply within 1 hour during our working hours, which are 7:30 am to 7:30 pm UAE time, Monday to Saturday.

  2. Step 2

A free demo at a UAE time

4 pm in Dubai is 5:30 pm in India, so after-school classes on weekdays fit comfortably into our teachers' day. We suggest two or three slots and you pick one for a free 30-minute tuition demo.

  3. Step 3

A teacher matched to your child

We match for level, language and your time zone, and the same teacher stays with your child every week. If it isn't a fit, we change the teacher for free.

  4. Step 4

    Weekends in UAE

The weekend in the UAE is Saturday and Sunday. Our teachers work Monday to Saturday India time, so we plan around both calendars.

Classes are live on Zoom or Google Meet, never recorded, with 20+ subject specialists in India.

CBSE tuition in Dubai: common questions

My child's CBSE school in Dubai is very large. Does one-on-one tuition really help?

Yes. In a class of 40, a child who didn't follow one step in a maths chapter can stay lost for weeks. A one-on-one teacher finds that step in the first class and fixes it before the next school test.

We moved from a British-curriculum school to CBSE in Dubai. Can you help my child catch up?

Yes. The teacher compares what your child has covered with the CBSE syllabus for their class, then works through the gaps, usually in maths and Hindi first.

Do you teach the Hindi that CBSE schools in Dubai require?

Yes. Hindi as a second or third language is one of our most requested subjects in the UAE. The teacher works from your child's own textbook and the school's pacing.

Can tuition continue during the summer when we travel to India?

Yes. Classes are online, so your child can continue from India at Indian times, or pause and resume in September. Many Dubai families use the summer for a catch-up sprint before the new term.

Which boards do you teach for students in Dubai?

CBSE from Class 1 to 12 for maths, and Class 1 to 10 for science and social science; ICSE; and Cambridge IGCSE. The teacher always works from your child's own textbook and school pacing.

How much does tuition cost in Dubai?

Fees depend on the subject, your child's level and whether you choose one-on-one or a small batch, so we share the exact fee on WhatsApp once we know what your child needs. Every family can take a free 30-minute demo class first, with no obligation to join.
